Planking Seine

It took a good while just to get all of the lumber planed for this big Seine dory, but now Jay’s got everything ready to start planking her up. In fact, you can see the garboard planks are already in place here and he’s working on the next set, known as the broad planks.

Another snowstorm in the forecast for later today. Yuck!
